Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened or used.


Exchanges & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist with a replacement.

To request an exchange:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number (if applicable) and clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement where applicable.


Order Accuracy

We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.


Shipping & Responsibility

Niloufer Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance for international shipments.
